How Do You Book Through StudentUniverse?

To book your travel arrangments, simply contact our StudentUniverse Travel representative directly via toll free phone at 1-800-272-9676 or fill out the customized online booking form.

Once you have booked your travel, StudentUniverse will email your itinerary to you. This process usually takes up to 48 hours via email. If you don’t have email, you can also receive your itinerary via fax. Be sure to check all details of your booking and any other pertinent information as it relates to your travel plans. If incorrect, contact a StudentUniverse Travel representative at the number listed above immediately. Make sure you confirm before the ticketing deadline (printed above the ticket rules and restrictions on your itinerary). Then all you need to do is prepare to head to your program location and enjoy your time abroad.
